Acts 2:42-47

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”

At The Church House

We desire to take a biblical approach in how we do church and life together, and part of life is living in community with other people. We believe in modeling community the way the early church did in the Bible throughout the book of Acts. At The Church House we call this kind of community, House Church.

The Church House Mission

House Churches will seek to engage people in close proximity
of one another along a spiritual progression towards loving
Jesus and being on mission with Him to foster biblical
community in the places they live, work and play.

“We love that our House Church family spends time living life together, good, sad, joyful… They are always there for us without judgement.”

“House Church for our family has helped us rebuild our relationship with Christ, both individually and collectively as a family, husband, and wife. The Support of this unique body of Christ truly envelopes what it means to be the hands, eyes and feet of Jesus!  The intimate group setting allows us to really study and learn God’s word and his purpose for our lives.”

HOW CAN WE PRAY FOR YOU?

House Churches create a culture of prayer through not only praying for one another’s physical needs but learning to pray together as part of drawing closer to the heart of God. With the Bible as our guide and the Holy Spirit as our advocate, House Churches interact with God through prayer – not to tell Him something He does not already know but to grow in our love relationship with Him and to have our hearts moved into the center of His will.
